Owner and barbecue experts Rocky Shirley and Liz Saylor opened Bar-B-Q Express in 1994, with a vision of creating Ardmore's ultimate barbecue experience. Both bring their love and passion to every dish they create.

Rocky Shirley with his high school sweetheart Annette Shirley, and Mother-In-Law Liz Saylor partnered in their hometown of Ardmore Oklahoma and opened the doors of Bar-B-Q Express in the spring of 1994.
